Server platform is BI4.0 SP5.
I get this error from our Dashboard after a security change was made (in CMC) when the dashboard is attempting to retrieve data from 5 web intelligence reports via Live Office. I have attempted to roll-back this security change but it has made no difference to my problem.

Known facts :
- The Dashboard was working prior to making a change to Top Level Security to start locking down all but the folder (& sub-folders) which contains the dashboard for a particular group of users. To do this I was following the instructions in SAP BusinessObjects BI4.0 the Complete Edition (Third Edition) by Cindi Howson (page 251 Controlling Access to the Top-Level Folder).
- The dashboard has not been rolled out to these users yet and so I am getting this error logged in as me (member of Administrator group).
- I can navigate to and view/modify/run all of the 6 underlying web intelligence documents which are located in a sub-folder of the folder which contains the dashboard.
- The dashboard also utilizes a universe query to populate an initial drop-down selector box and this is still operating correctly so the problem is one of accessing the folder containing the web intelligence reports.
- An attempt was made to reset the security (as shown here) but this has made no difference to this issue.
