I just installed the trial version of SAP Dashboard design for Crystal Reports (Xcelsius). The install for free trial would only proceed if the machine had a 32 bit Excel. So I removed the 2013 64 bit Excel, and installed 2010 32 bit Excel. Then the install proceeded fine.
Now however, when I try to export a cr to Excel, it is crashing, with the generic 'problem in program cause to stop.'
1. why does the Dashboard product need 32 bit, is this only for the free trial?
2. How to resolve this? Would i need 2 PC's to handle this?
