Hi Dashboard Community,
I have a colleague who recently moved to a new PC and installed a fresh copy of Xcelsius 2008. He's not sure, if he was running 4.5 or 2008 on the old PC, but he doesn't think that the old release has anything to do with this. When we click "About" it states that we are using Xcelsius Enterprise 5.7.0.0 with Build Number 12,7,0,2087.
Since he has moved over to the new PC, the open option is now grayed out, as you can see in the screenshot attached.
He is using Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1, 64 bit.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
