xls 000009 dashboard designer build query

Hi,

  I'm making a dashboard. when I Add Query in the query browser,  after select query(the infoProvider of the query is a Muti)

then I press next at the step "Build Query" , I got following error:

the query i have used in another dashboard ,when i open the dashboard and edit the query ,the error happens ,too.

But the dashboard i designd before is working well in BI Launchpad and  when i create Webi with the the query or view the query with Tcode "rsrt" , it works fine. 

The query include a  key figureof years accumulative total ,i delete the key figure, it works fine, too.

But other query with key figureof  years accumulative total works fine.

System Details:

BOBI 4.1 SP6

Connection : BICS

BW Version : 7.3
