When I publish the report in Dashboard, I get  errors ->

An error window gives the message " Could not generate the Flash file (SWF); the cause is not known. Try agian. if the problem persists, contact your customer service representative. " or C++ Run time error.

- BO version : Service Pack 4 - Patch 5

- Dashboards version : Service Pack 4 - Patch 5

- Connections/datasources used query browser.

Can you help me?
