I have a user currently on Windows 7 x64 alongside Internet Explorer 11 and Microsoft Office 2010. The user had no errors when installing the software, but when he tries to launch the software he instantly receives a "program not responding" and a close message. I have tried to run the software elevated and in compatibility mode as well. Would i benefit with installing a later service pack/patch? If so, how would i obtain these updates?
*I read that there are known issues with IE11 and the build number I have installed. The version information is below.
