Issue with Dashboard In Launch Pad

Hi,

While I am opening Dashboard in sap BI Launch PAD Getting Error  Could not log in to SAP BusinessObjects Enterpris. I have Checked in Xcelsius I am Able to Login And Saving Dashboard But In Launch Pad I am Getting Error And I have Checked In Tomcat Directory There Is No DSwsbobje Folder Not There How Can I resolve this Issue could you Please Help On this.
