Error in Dashboard using XML connection

Hi Experts,

I have developed one Dashboard using XML connection  but getting bellow attached error can any one guide me how to solve it.

I know that error is related to cross domain.xml please explain the what is cross domain.xml and guide me to solve issue.Image may be NSFW.
