Error XLS000009 while Previewing dashboard

HI All,

While previewing the dashboard, we are facing error XLS000009, saying
connection timeout.We are using SAP BO Dashboard 4.1 . Please find the below snapshot:

The same is happening while publishing the dashboard in repository(BI Launchpad). On searching about the error, we got very little to know about it from the SAP
document.It only suggests to try again but not the root cause of the problem.

Is there any known specific cause of this error.Or we should just hide the error message under query properties?
