After searching high and low, I have finally got my Dashboard to read my SQL Server database.
I am doing it via XML Data connection and an aspx page to read my SQL data.
It is working wonderfully and displays different charts based on dropdowns, radio buttons etc.
But I have 1 problem. When the SQL data changes, my exported SWF file is not reading those changes. The Usage tab is set to update every 10 seconds and also when one of the cells change in the embedded sheet, but neither trigger seems to work.
Even when I click 'Preview' inside Dashboard Designer it doesn't update.
I have seen several other forum posts about SWF files not dynamically updating when source data changes but there is never a valid answer.
Can someone please help?
