I developed a dashboard based on Webi reports and Live office connections. The WebI report uses multiple universes(UNV) and connections which are pointing to PROD BW. I used relative URL path in dashboard connections and published the dashboard to BO DEV. I tested the dashboard. It was working fine. It took 1-2 minutes to refresh all connections and display the data.
Then I migrated all the dependent WebI reports, UNVs and their connections to BO PROD. Then I migrated the dashboard to PROD environment. I tested the dashboard in PROD, it started refresh process and took 35-40 min to refresh the connections in dashboard. After 35-40 min, it did not throw any error but dashboard refresh process stopped (load symbol changes to arrow). But data displayed in dashboard was not refreshed. It was displaying old data not refreshed.
The server physical configurations are same in both environments. No. of BO servers and configurations are also same in both environments. The individual webi reports are working fine and their refresh times are also equal (There is a difference of 2-3 sec which is negligible). But dashboard takes a lot of time and still not displaying the refreshed data.
Does anyone experience such kind of behavior? Please help me to resolve the issue.

(Note: All dashboards which are using Live office connections are behaving same. They are having same WebI reports, same underlying universes, connections and data sources. Still dashboard takes 2-3 min BO DEV but it requires huge amount of time in BO PROD. Some dashboards will show refreshed data while others won't.)
