connection of bw query to BO Dashboards

Hi All,

I am a BW consultant. Want to build dashboard on SAP bex queries. Requirement is as below:

Need to compare data ACTUAL and PLANNED( On Month base) and ACTUAL and PLANNED( on Year to Month base).

Actual---> data will be coming from SAP and Planned data will be coming from FLAT file. Also need to write formula to take out VARIANCE as result.

So there will be four queries and don't know to connect all this queries in 1 to build dashboard. Attached sample also to know how to proceed with this type of  requirement.
