Hi All,
Recently, we have noticed multiple users reporting issues around Dashboards on BI widgets. Some of the common issues reported are as below:
- Dashboards/SWF files fails to load in the BI widgets.
- Dashboards/ SWF when dragged from BI widgets to Desktop freezes with "Initializing" screen.
- White screen shows when dragging the swf from BI widgets to Desktop.
Based on the internal testing and analysis, we were able to figure out the issue is specific to the Flash Player version 11.9.
I just completed the testing with recent Flash Player version 12.0 and the issue is fixed.
Any users, facing the above issue are requested to upgrade to the latest flash Player.
