Mobile Dashboard in BI4.1

Hello.

I'm currently doing a test on BI platform 4.1 SP1, client tools and dashboard are on 4.1 SP1 as well. I'm interested in mobile dashboard, so I created a dashboard, view it in Samsung Note and Samsung Galaxy Ace. However, it cannot be seen (WebI is seen though)! So, I've tested on Samsung Note 8.0, and this allows me to view my dashboard but not WebI.

My question is:

1. Has dashboard started supported in Android phone already?
2. One more question, can we use BIWS as our data source? It's because when I try to load my dashboard with BIWS, it shows me an error (Screenshot_2013-10-05-00-42-17.png). If I'm using Query Browser, which direct linking to universe, the dashboard works fine.
