Dashboard web service 2032 error

i have ABAP funciton module based web service from soamanger..in Dashboardsit is failing with 2032 error.. I ahve corss domain in bw ssytem on root.I could see using SICF t code.... do i need to cehck anything else,, adove security settigns are also fine..
