Widget stuck on Initializing

Environment

BusinessObjects XI3.1 SP3

Apache/Tomcat 5.5.20

BusinessObjects Widgets SP3

Xcelsius 2008

Problem

I've created a Flash file from Xcelsius so that I can use it Widgets. If I open the Flash file in my Internet browser it renders straight away.

However, if I try and open in Widgets, it gets stuck on Initializing.

I've check my connection and have tried it with 2 different users - one of which being administrator - and it makes no difference.

Please can anyone help me out?
