Webi application access error : IES 10901

Hi,

i have created a WEBI Application based on Infocube using developer user id.

when i try to access the application using a test user id i get message :

Database error : Error loading Cube $INFOCUBE (catalog 0): %3. (IES 10901)

On BI front i checked the user id has access to the Cube data.

Please guide me through this.
