I am working on a project on BO dashboard 4.0 implementation. We have designed the dashboard for senior management.
I have an issue as discribed below:
The consultant has given us the file(xlf) format in which the user has to fill the data. For the 1st time, the consultant will import the file (XLF) in xcelsius and users can view the dashboard by login via BI launch pad.
Now once the support is over, the users have to update the file every week and this change or update in excel should be reflected in dashboard automatically without importing the file in xcelsius?
Is there any folder concept in BO so that user saves the file in folder and with some query the file gets imported automatically in xcelsuis and user can view the dashboard.
Or is there any way to avoid to upload the file again and again directly in xcelsius??
The main purpose is the users should only update the file (i.e XLF) and view the dashboard with updated data without any importing of file.
Also, kindly provide me the documents or links for better uderstanding of functionality and authorization part (user rights ) for BO dashboard 4.0.
