Please refer the attached xlf file (txt format). I understand how the vlookup's can be replaced with combo boxes etc (thank you Runali 
)
I would like to add 'All' to the list of states. So when we preview the file, the list box should display All, Texas, Georgia.
By default, 'All' should be selected in the list box and then the list of all cities should appear in the drop down of the combo box.
Need to keep the same cascading effect (filtering). Which means when Texas is selected, the cities Houston, Austin and Dallas should display in the combo box etc.
Please let me know if you have any questions..
