Mobile Dashboard - Insufficient device memory

Hi

I am sporadically unable to open a dashboard on my iPad using app version 5.0.5.

Error Message is

Insufficient device memory:

Loading failed: The dashboard

contains too many components

and/or calculation logic to run on

mobile devices

The SAP BI app is the only app running the iPad so I doubt the memory is actually the source of the issue.

The dashboard XLF file size is approx. 600Kb (incl. data)

Could someone direct me to a document that contains the design "thresholds" for the maximum number of components / number of calculation?
