Version: SAP BO Dashboards 4.1 Support Pack 6 Patch 2
Issue: When opening any existing dashboards file or creating a new file, the Properties window is viewable but I am unable to click into the window. This started happening all of a sudden one day with no other software changes. As a result, I am unable to modify any component properties or do any development.
Failed Fixes: I have tried the below methods but it did not resolve the situation
- Deleted all the regedit key files - this reset the placement of all my windows but I was still unable to click into the properties window
- Restored all the Preference tab options to default and tried to enable/disable Live Office compatability - this method worked with Xcelsius 2008 but not with Dashboards
- Re-installed SAP Dashboards - on the same machine - no luck
- Installed SAP Dashboards on two other machines - I briefly was able to modify the properties but once I finished upgrading, it did not work
- Uninstalled SAP Dashboards Patch 2 and Service Pack 6 - no luck
I am not sure what else to try to do at this point. Other staff members do not have the same issue and now three laptop/desktop assets do not have the ability to modify properties.
Please advise - greatly appreciated.
