WIS 30351 in Dashboard using QaaWS

Hi experts -

We have a dashboard built using BO 4.1 SP1.  The dashboard is fed from 8 different QaaWS data connections which are sourced from 3 different WebI Reports.  Each WebI report is based on one BW query which has a prompt for Fiscal Year/Period.  When the dashboard is executed, we are receiving the following error. 

Cannot build the query or generate the report. (WIS 30351)

However, the dashboard is bringing in the correct data.  When the selector for the Fiscal Year/Period is changed, the error occurs again, but the data is still updated in the dashboard and is correct.

Can anyone help?
