Hello - I have recently received a new computer from our IT Group and need to reinstall Crystal Xcelsius Pro 4.5. Since the product is "old" our IT group no longer supports it; therefore, they can not help me reactive the license (or reset it) for my new computer.
Is there a way to get this done so that I may continue to use CX? I would hate to have to migrate to a new dash boarding tool.
