compatibility between Crystal presentation Design 2011 and Business Objects Dashboard 4.1

In mycompanyis availableversion 4.1ofbusiness objectsdashboard. Iuntil nowI workedwithcrystalpresentationdesignin 2011, and my workis not compatiblewith the new version. I openmy workwithBODashboards4.1but you can notgeneratetheir.swf file. The erroris not specified, and despitemonthsI try toget myworkwithBOD4.1, I have to keep workingwiththe old version. Redoall the workwith the new versionit is inconceivableto me. Is therea way to understandwhat is the error? there is adebugto findfaults andfix them? There isa converterbetween the old andthe new?
