How to change background color for swf in Dashboard 4.1

Hi all, how can I change the background color for Dashboard 4.1 published objects?
 
The dashboard sheet has a fixed size, and on left and right Dashboard forces white background.
 
I need to change the background color under the "X" (on left and right in the attached imaged)
