Hi All,

Getting error :" Request processing failed. (XLS 000009)

Request processing failed. (XLS 000009) [] <com.businessobjects.semanticlayer.qt.QTException: Cannot execute empty query. (QTJ 00521)&gt"

While refreshing Dashboard reports on BI Launch pad.

Steps for troubleshooting done so far:

Restarting Dashboard, Connection servers and Data federation server. However the issue remains the same

Need help asap.(Urgent) raised a ticket with sap but still waiting on them

Environmental Details:

BI 4.0 SP 04 patch5

Client tools : 4.0 SP04 patch 5
