Not able to remove 'ALL' from the prompt.

Hello Everyone,

I have add the value 'ALL' in the prompt of the report filter and it worked fine. Now I want to remove the 'ALL' value from the prompt so I removed the 'ALL' value from the query but still 'ALL' value is coming in the prompt. I am using BO 4.1  I am not sure whether I need to make changes any where else.

Any one of you please advise. Appreciate your help!!
