Dear All,
I am facing some abnormal issue while installing anyone of the SAP Business Objects Dashboard 4.1 SP-01 or SP-02 or SP-06.
i am using a temporary key for installation, after the necessary prerequisite check when the installation wizard comes to Product Key section i am entering this Dashboard Temporary key which is valid till December 2015 (DB10G-0EC6K38-UXGN8BP-1A2XEH) Still I am Getting an error " The product key is not valid - INS00140 ". I searched this issue on google and read multiple threads but still struglging with it.
Can Anyone please help me with this issue. Almost 2 week back we did an installation on few machines and it worked well, but now we are facing this error on few machine, even they are on same version of windows(7 -32 bit) and same Microsoft Excel (2010 -32 bit), everything is same.
