Is it possible to display mouse-over values in Lakhs and crores, not in millions and billions

Hi,

Is there any way to show mouse-over values of the charts in lakhs & crores, not in millions and billions when i use a thousand seperator.

For example 100,000 should be displayed as 1,00,000.
