Webi Report format for Month Year data

Hi Gurus,

please guide i need help:

Requirement  to make report which is in format as such to get the like Month wise difference.

The format is like I need to get the Quarter wise result.. In first block difference between last month of quarter - (Dec13 - March 14) ,(Mar14 -jun14).

And in second block.. two  month break and their difference  measure ..

Like Dec 13 Jan 14 ,  jan 14 Feb 14 like this.. year Month Range is filter ..for Example i have given OCT 2013 to july 2015 here.
