How to connect WEBI 4.0 with Dashboard Design 4

Hi gurus

I have some reports in WEBI (version 4.0 path 17) with prompts and like pass the values from Dashboard Design version: 6.0.0.0 Build: 14.0.2.641. (patch 17)

I followed this link that is reference to my issue, but the step are for the version 3.x:

However, I have done everything and does not connect, someone has developed something similar that could help me, please.
