Multiple dashboards has to change for the report

Hello Everyone,

I have to develop a dashboard where in it contains 4 sub dashboards.Please look at below screen shot

Here what ever the "WORKAREA" user selects the dashboard has to refresh all the sub reports and for one sub report based on the "TIME PERIOD"  it has to change.

Please suggest how to achieve this.
