Column value of a scorecard first should display few chars.( eg 40 chars). When mouse over to the the value it should display full text .how to use tooltip options(is it available in socrecard )

Hi Experts ,

Column value of a scorecard first should display few chars.( eg 40 chars). When mouse over to the  the value it should display  full text .how to use tooltip  options(is it available  in socrecard ) the full text of a column value in scorecard .any other ideas plz suggets to achive this with out disturbing the dashboard layout .and help me it is very urgent .

i am  using dashboard 4.1. sp2.
