I am facing below error while i am trying to acess bex query in dashboard 4.0 sp4.
Request processing failed. (XLS 000009)
Request processing failed. (XLS 000009) while trying to invoke the method java.lang.Integrater.intValue() of an object returned from com.businessobjects.ras21.processingsubsystem.sdk.v4_0.provided.IUserSpecificInformation.getPreferredViewingLocale()
