Dashboards Web Services

Hello:

I demoing  how to use dashboards and how to connect to a web service.

I created and published a .svc file that returns a number if you just call the service. (No inputs)

I receive an "Unable To Load URL" error using the Web Service Connection in the Data Manager. (Putting the link in the WSDL URL textbox.)

I've even tried using a public web service that uses an .asmx extension and the same error happens.

What am I doing wrong?
