Hello!
I am getting a new PC and was thinking in updating my Engage 2008 package, especially because the latter is not supported by Office 2013 and will likely also not be by Office 2016 both of which I intend to acquire as Office 365 Home. I contacted SAP Store and was told that the upgrade for Engage 2008 is SAP Crystal Dashboard Design Personal edition, and the upgrade will cost.....$1,745 !! Oh yeah and the cost for new buyers is $2,495 !!
Whaaat? When I originally bought it it cost me $895.The guy I talked to on at SAP on the phone did not seem to be very knowledgeable and I find this so shocking that I need some guidance from others with more experience on this issue, by posing the following questions:
1) Is this correct? I mean the upgrade package and the price?
2) If yes, what is so different to Engage 2008 justifying this outrageous price?

It may make more sense to keep the old PC with office 2010 installed just to continue using the Engage 2010...
