Enable Interaction and Progress Movement not enabled.

Hi Guys,

             I am using Horziontial Progress Bar and to the data cell i am binding to a cell which contains formula.But in the behaviour the progress movement and  enable interaction or disabled.So i could not enable data interaction and the increment option. When i just enter the data in the cell(without any formulas) and bind to the Data cell in the properties then the Enable interaction and Progress movement are enabled.But to my requirement it does not match.Previously i used to bind to the cell which contains formula and it was working i dont why its not working now.Any suggestions would be appericated.Thanks in advance.
