Crystal Dash Boards Row labels not Displaying

Hi All,

I had Created Dash board and Embedded in crystal reports

In Crystal report i have

country Group By :

State Group By:

The dash Board what i have created has to Go in State Group By :

i had used crystal Consumer connection i had mapped the Row, Column,Data

When i placed SWF File in the Crystal Reports :

When i Drill Down The information from country to state ;

if the row labels (data) has less values Then the row labels data is Displaying

if the row labels(data) is Greater than 10 then Row labels are not Displaying

if I View the same dash board in dash board Designer it is Showing all the data ...

How to resolve this issue
