Can We Create Dash Boards Using Universe 3.1

Hi All,

is there any way that we can create SAP Dash Boards Using universe 3.1 With Out Migrating to 4.0

Basically Our universe based On Stored Procedures we are unable to Migrate universe 3.1 TO 4.0 if the universe is based on Stored Procedures

Please Advise How to Create Dash Boards Using Stored Procedures
