SAP BO Dashboards Error #2170

Hi,

I have configured Reverse Proxy through Apache 2.4 connecting it to SAP BO 4.1 in AIX environment.

I am able to access webi reports through the external URL but not able to access the Dashboards through external URL.

I debugged and checked in chrome, it is trying to execute http://<local hostname of BO server>:8080/crossdomain.xml, here it fails because the external system wont understand <local hostname of BO server>. Then it ends with the error "To access external data, add a cross-domain policy file to the external data web server."

The crossdomain.xml file already contains "secure="false"/"

Can you please help me on this.
