Having trouble Dashboard saving to BOE even with SP05.
When creating a new dashboard
New > Query Browser > Add Query...provide credential and hit OK.
Following message is displayed
"Could not save to BusinessObjects Enterprise. For more information, contact your administrator or customer service representative. Item 1 was not found in the collection."
Same message displayed after creating a dashboard and tried to save to BO platform.
We are on BI 4 SP05 and patch 1
Dashboard having issue connecting is on SP05 with Patch 1 as well. I tried with SP02 version of Dashboard but same error.
This error is from within the BOBJ server and from client tools. I have verifed that port in Dashboard Processing server is (bidirectionally) open to firewall.
SAP note 1708100 and 1733865 (applying to SP04) suggest running install to add some features such as "RESTful Web Service", just wanted to see if there are other suggestions.
We have upgraded the BOBJ server from SP02 to SP05 directly.
Also, we have tried with both Administrator account and local account with SAP authentication.
