I have downloaded the latest BI Mobile App on both my iPad and Samsung Android tablet Pro 8.4
My mobile dashboards work flawlessly on the iPad.
On the Android tablet, I am able to connect to the BI server and see the documents. However, when I open a dashboard that has a Query Browser connection to the server, it loads the Dashboard, but a popup shows the following and leaves the shell of the dashboard.:
"Warning: No Network Connection. The Dashboard cannot retrieve data."
We are on server Version: 14.1.2.1250
BI Mobile version 6.1.7.
I had to install certificates for the Android to connect to the mobile server, but we have resolved that issue.
Has anyone seen this warning before and how to correct it?
