request processing failed. (XLS 000009) when running Dashboard via openDocument on mobile device

Hi,

I got this error when running the Dashboard on mobile device via opendDocument link.

request processing failed. (XLS 000009)

request processing failed. (XLS 000009) while trying to invoke the method java.lang.Object.getClass() of a null object loaded from local variable 'io'

This error only occurs if I run it on a mobile device via OpenDocument link. This error does not appear if I run it via BI platform, or if I run it using my PC (both, via openDocument link or BI Platform).

Please suggest what might be the reason.
