Spaces In OpenDocument Url that soon to be passing to Webi.

I have an combobox inside dashboard, I need to put an name which consist spaces and '&' inside the combo box value. Eg:

I am not able to put spaces between those combo box value. I need to transform combo box selected item into urlencode before putting into OpenDocument Url??
