Programmatically read a xlf, refresh against the datasource, and generate a snapshot flash file

I have the following requirement :

1. Programmatically read a xcelcius model file (xlf) from a local folder.

2. Refresh it against the datasource (WebI Reports)

3. Save the snapshot of the view in a SWF format.

I was wondering whether such a thing is possible.
