CMC login issue in SAP BO

Hi Experts,

We have installed BO Server(BO 4.1 SP05) on windows. In Central Configuration Manager we are unable to Server Intelligent Agent (SIA) we got below options.

Also when we try to login into CMS getting an issue like below.

We gave Installation password only.. but still it is not accepting the password.

Any help regarding to resolve the issue will be greatly appreciated.
