Error using Dashboard 4.1 SP5

Hello,

I have installed Dashboard 4.1 SP5 on SAP BI 4.1 server site and when i'm trying to open Live Office tab i don't have acces to icons to user web intelligence content, univers etc. See below image. The Live Office version is 4.1 SP5 i it working normal on the same server.

I tried the following action:

• repair the Dashboard instalation - no effect (only the crash of the BI server and 4-5 hours spent to repair)
• unistall and reinstall Dashboard - no effect.

So, any idea?
