How to add BO Dashboard(.xlf file) into CMC

Hi Experts,

I have created one Dashboard using a dashboard designer, i want to view this newly created dashboard in BI Launch Pad.

Please tell me how to publish this newly created dashboard and tell me how can i view it in BI Launch Pad.
