Can somebody please help. Have run through and solved several errors with Xcelsius Engage 2008. have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and downloaded latest service packs etc but cannot get the programme to open as it keeps showing the following error message

I'm running on Vista x64 and Excel 2007
I would be grateful for any help out there. Xcelsius has worked in this environment before and this is a fairly recent problem.
