Bubble Chart issues with BI 4.1 SP5 Patch 2

Hello:

I was having bubble chart issues on dashboard similar to what's reported on ( Bubble Chart Display Issue on BI Launchpad )   I am assuming the fix would be already included from 4.1 SP4 Patch 2 in 4.1 SP5 Patch 2  ( released on 1/22  ).

OR should I revert to using 4.1 SP4  Patch 2 or Patch 4 ( which I am not very clear from the thread )

I have attached my issue screenshot also,  please advise
